Promotion

AAIHR membership provides an additional means of promoting your organization to the market, both domestically and abroad. Member company profiles are listed on the AAIHR website, which is search engine optimized to provide additional Internet traffic. Members may also publish press releases for their company on the News section of the AAIHR website. Members have access to marketing articles, success stories, market research information and a guide to public relations to assist with a positive message of the international recruitment and staffing industry.

Collaboration

AAIHR members have access via collaboration tools and systems with peers and colleagues in the industry. These tools and connections provide you with an expanded circle of business contacts and industry knowledge. These industry connections help members stay abreast of regulatory changes and challenges, and help increase their individual company productivity and success.

Advocacy

It is well understood that international recruitment is highly regulated. Regulatory organizations can take actions or impose new rules that can impede a member organization from meeting their organization’s or their customer’s legitimate hiring needs. Addressing these challenges independently can be frustrating, time consuming, and sometimes cost-prohibitive. Although it may be improper for regulatory organizations to dialogue with an individual recruiting organization, they can often grant a dialogue with the industry association. Through AAIHR’s lobbyist and various regulatory affairs committees and sub-committees, the association can reach out to various regulatory organizations to anticipate and resolve issues that would be impossible or impractical for any individual recruiter to resolve.

Opportunity

One of the biggest advantages of AAIHR membership is the opportunity for individual members to work through the association to make a difference for our industry, and for your organization. By helping to ensure a strong industry, members help create an environment in which their own company can excel. AAIHR members can help resolve industry challenges, and help shape regulatory policies. In this way, AAIHR can be a vehicle for achieving the goals of your organization.
